They are essentially FIT meals, but with a smaller portion.

The FIT menu is ideal for fat loss, with medium portions.
The meals are very high in protein and very low in carbs.

The HEALTHY menu is ideal for a balanced diet, with generous portions.
The meals have a balanced amount of protein and carbs.

The PERFORMANCE menu is ideal for muscle building and performance, with extra large portions.
